Masala Papad Chaat Recipe: Masala Papad Chaat is a very tasty and spicy snack. You can make and eat it anytime. If you have come tired from outside and you feel like eating something spicy with tea, then you can enjoy tea by making Masala Papad Chaat in very less time. Ingredients for Masala Papad Chaat

4 papad
oil (for frying)
1 onion
1 tomato
1 capsicum
1 cucumber
1/2 cup sweet corn
1 green chili
2-4 tbsp sev bhujia
chili powder (as required)
Chaat masala (as needed)
Tomato Ketchup or Mint and Coriander Chutney
Coriander leaves (finely chopped)

How to make Masala Papad Chaat

To make Masala Papad Chaat, first cut the papad into 4 pieces and separate it.
When the papads separate well, put oil in a pan and heat it on the gas.
When the oil becomes hot, add papad to it and deep fry it on low flame till it becomes golden.
Now the papad is fried well, then take it out by putting tissue paper in a vessel.
Now, on the other hand, boil the sweet corn in a vessel with water on low flame.
When the sweet corn boils well, take it off the gas and leave it to cool separately.
Now cut onion, tomato, cucumber and capsicum into small pieces and keep them in a vessel.
Now put the fried papad well in a plate and spread tomato sauce on it and spread it all around.
When the tomato sauce is well spread on the papad, pour the green chutney made of coriander and mint over it.
Now add chopped onion, boiled sweet corn, tomato, cucumber and capsicum on top and decorate it well.
When all the ingredients are well kept, then add green chili, chaat masala, chili powder on top.
After all, garnish it by adding sev bhujia and coriander leaves.
When Masala Papad Chaat is well decorated, put it in a plate and serve it with tea.
