Ingredients for making Sabudana Tikki -
Sabudana 500 grams -
Oil one and a half cups -
Boiled potatoes 2


- Green chilies 3
- Coriander leaves half a cup -
Rock salt as per taste
- Red chili powder tsp -
Groundnut cup

How to make Sabudana Tikki- To make
Sabudana Tikki, first wash the sabudana thoroughly and keep it soaking in water for 2 to 3 hours. Also, keep the potatoes on the other side to boil. When the sago gets soaked well and swells a little, then filter its water and separate it. Now take boiled potatoes in a big vessel and mash them well.

After this, mix roasted groundnut, finely chopped green chili, coriander leaves, red chili powder, rock salt, and soaked sago in it. Now heat oil in a pan. Now deep fry small tikkis made of a mixture of sago and potatoes in oil until they become golden and crisp. You can also serve these tikkis hot with peanut chutney or curd.
