How to make


To make Pindi Chana, first, boil the Chana. While boiling it, tie tea leaves, bay leaves, small pieces of ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and cardamom in a muslin cloth and put it in the cooker along with the gram. Apart from this, add salt to it and cook the gram well.
