material :
Milk -03 liters
Jaggery – two cups
Almonds – 10 (finely chopped)
Pistachios - 10 (finely chopped)
Kewra Jal-02 tbsp
Cardamom powder - tsp

Method: First boil milk in a pan. But keep in mind that keep stirring the milk. When the milk becomes thick, add kewra, cardamom powder, and sugar, and then keep cooking on low flame. Gradually the milk will become very thick after cooking and become rabri. Now leave this rabri to cool down. After this serve with cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios. You can also use jaggery instead of sugar to make rabri healthy. You can also add dry fruits of your choice to it.
