Cooking Tips: In winter, the mind wants to eat something sweet. In such a situation, if you want to make any desi dish that is sweet, then you can try Malai Malpua Recipe.

Ingredients:
Sugar - 1.5 cups
Gulab Jamun ready mix - 1 cup
Pistachios - 10-12
Cardamom - 12 tsp
Saffron threads - 15-20
Ghee - for frying

Method :
To make Malai Poori, put 1.5 cups of sugar and 1.5 cups of water in a vessel and cook, stirring occasionally, till the sugar dissolves.
Now take 1 cup gulab jamun ready mix in a vessel and make a smooth batter by adding little by little water. We have used a cup of water to make this much solution (be careful not to dilute the solution too much while making the solution).
After the sugar dissolves in the water, add 15-20 saffron threads, tsp cardamom powder, and cook for 3-4 minutes. After 3-4 minutes, remove the syrup from the gas and keep it cool.
Now put ghee in a pan and heat it for frying.
After the ghee becomes hot, put a serving spoon of batter in the ghee and fry it on low flame.
Cook with a ladle while pouring ghee over the Malai Puri, when one side turns golden brown, flip the Malai Poori and fry the other side as well. When both the sides turn golden brown, take out the malai puri from the pan and keep it on a plate, and in the same way fry the malai puri of the rest of the batter. With this much batter, 10-12 malai puris are ready.
After all the creams are fried, put them in the syrup and let them soak for 3-4 minutes. After 4 minutes, take it out from the syrup and put it in the remaining syrup. Take out the cream puri from the syrup and add some pistachios for garnishing. Malai Puri is ready to serve

The batter has to be thick, thin batter will not make the cream completely round.
Do not take a deep-bottomed pan for frying pooris, take a vessel whose bottom is flat.
