Ingredients for making fish kebabs-
Half kg fish (cut into pieces)
- One teaspoon ginger and garlic paste
-1/2 cup curd
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp green coriander finely chopped
- salt to taste
- Black pepper powder as per taste
- oil as required

Method of making Fish Kebabs-
To make fish kebabs, first mix curd, ginger and garlic paste, salt, black pepper powder, and coriander in a large bowl. Now after adding fish to it, mix it well, cover it and keep it for 1 hour. After the specified time, put oil on a grill pan and heat it. Once the grill pan is hot, place the marinated fish on the pan and let it grill. Flip the fish and grill it well from both sides. Your Grilled Fish Kebabs are ready. Put them on a serving plate and serve them with tomato sauce.
