Ingredients for making coriander laddus-
1 cup coriander powder
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp almonds
2 tbsp pistachios
1 cup coconut powder
2 tbsp ghee
2 tbsp cashew nuts

Method to make Coriander Laddu-
Heat ghee in a pan. Chop the nuts roughly and fry for a few minutes. After roasting, take out the dry fruits in a bowl. Add coriander powder to the same hot ghee and mix. Keep mixing and fry for 3-4 minutes. When the aroma comes, take out the powder in a bowl. In the same pan add coconut powder and dry roast for a minute. In a pan add 1/2 cup of water with sugar. Mix and let it come to a boil. When the sugar melts completely, cook for 1-2 minutes more. In a large bowl add roasted coriander powder, fried nuts, coconut powder, and sugar syrup. Use your hands to mix everything. Take a small portion of the mixture and roll it between your palms to give a laddu shape. Make more similar laddus from the remaining mixture. Now your coriander ladoos are ready to be served.
