Basmati rice 200 grams or 2 small bowls, lemon 1, one big spoon of desi ghee or refined oil, one teaspoon cumin, cloves - break into 3-4 pieces, peel large cardamom 1-2 and take out the grains, green chili 1 (finely chopped), French beans 50 grams or 15-16, capsicum 2 chopped, cabbage 50 grams chopped, green fresh peas peeled in a bowl, chopped coriander leaves, salt as per taste.

Method- First, put the soaked rice in a bowl kept in the microwave and add twice as much water to the rice, and add lemon juice and salt. Now cover the rice and cook it in the microwave for 12 minutes. By looking at the rice, you will know that the rice is cooked. Take it out of the microwave, and open the lid. After this, put a pan on the gas, add ghee and heat it, and now add cumin seeds. Now after the cumin turns brown, add cloves, cardamom seeds, and green chilies, fry for a minute, and now add all the green vegetables and salt. After this, stir fry for 2-3 minutes with a ladle and now cover the vegetables for 2-3 minutes. Now remove the lid and see that the vegetables are lightly cooked. After this, add rice to these vegetables and fry for 2 minutes while stirring with a ladle, the casserole is ready. If you make it on gas, then put ghee in the cooker and heat it, now add cumin seeds. Now after roasting cumin seeds, add cloves and cardamom seeds and green chilies and fry for 1 minute, now add all the vegetables, fry for 2 minutes, and now add rice and fry again for 2 minutes and add double the water than rice. Finally, now add lemon juice and salt, close the cooker. After that, as soon as the pressure comes in the cooker, you turn off the gas. After about 5 minutes open the cooker, the pulao is ready.
