Ingredients
2 cups wheat flour
1 tsp celery
1 tsp kasoori methi
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/4 tsp salt
Oil
cream
Water

How to make fenugreek puri
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add cream and mix. Many women give ghee or oil in the flour of the puri, if you also do this, then do not do it because by doing this the puri leaves the oil. Slowly add some water and knead it. Keep in mind that the dough for poori should be slightly harder than the dough for rotis.
After kneading the dough, heat a little oil in a pan for frying. Then make small balls of the dough and roll out small balls. Now after the oil is hot, slowly add the pooris and let them puff up and now sieve. Once all done, serve it with a pickle and good tea.
