In such a situation, today we will tell you about such a dish, after eating which you will remain energetic throughout the day during the fast. The name of this dish is Makhane ke Laddoos.

Ingredients required to make makhana laddoos
hundred grams of makhana
50 grams cashews
50 grams almonds
coconut shell or desiccated coconut
four spoons of desi ghee
Pistachios 2 tbsp finely chopped
finely chopped raisins
white sesame seeds two spoons
Jaggery two hundred grams
water half cup
cardamom powder

Method
To make laddoos from Makhana, first, fry it well. For this, put ghee in a pan and heat it. When the ghee becomes hot, add makhana to it and fry it well. After roasting the butter, keep it for a while, so that it becomes crunchy. Now put it in the mixer and grind it.

After this, heat the pan once again and roast it by adding dry fruits to it. Take it out on a plate and let it cool. Grind them well in a mixer jar. Now mix the ground nuts and dry fruits and keep them together. After this, mix roasted nuts, sesame, and cardamom powder well without grinding it. Now once again put the jaggery in it by keeping it on the gas. Now add water to the jaggery and melt it.

Boil it till it becomes syrupy. Now when a syrup of one string is made, put the whole mixture of Makhana in it. After this mix it well. After it cools down you can make laddoos. You can store it for two weeks
