Sabudana 1/2 cup
Oil 1 tbsp
Pinch of baking soda
Rock salt as per taste

To make samak rice idli, first of all, wash and clean the samak rice.
After this, wash and clean the sago in water as well.
Then keep both of them soaked in water for about 3-4 hours.
After this, take out water from both of you and grind it in a mixer to make a smooth paste.
Then you keep this batter covered overnight till the yeast rises.
After this, you add water and salt to the batter the next day in the morning.
Then mix it well and prepare a batter with normal consistency.
After this, grease the idli mold well with oil.
