When you feel like eating something spicy, then make Potato Bread Balls. You can pack it for kitty parties, evening snacks, and even lunch boxes. Here it's easy.
Material :
4 large potatoes, 6 bread slices, 1/2 tsp red chili powder, 3/4 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp chaat masala powder, salt as per taste
Method :
Boil potatoes. Put two pieces of bread in the mixer jar, then grind them well and prepare bread crumbs.
Grate the boiled potatoes well with the help of a grater.
Now take water in a bowl in which dip four slices of bread and squeeze all the water out of it. All the water should be drained out properly.
- If the bread is small then use about 4 pieces of bread and if it is big then two pieces of bread will work.
Put the squeezed bread into the grated potatoes.
Add salt, red chili powder, garam masala powder and chaat masala as per taste.
Mix it well. Bread crumbs can also be added if needed.
Prepare soft dough. Now apply oil to your hands and make small balls.
By the way, you can decide the shape according to yourself.
Put the oil in the pan to heat up. When the oil gets hot enough, fry these balls in it till they become light golden.
- Serve with green or red chutney.
