The verdict will come tomorrow on the bail plea of Shahrukh Khan's son, arrested in the Cruise Drugs Party case. Shahrukh, who is trying to get his son out of jail, has hired a new lawyer. Amit Desai, who is advocating Aryan Khan, has also given relief to Bollywood actor Salman Khan in the hit and run case. In such a situation, it will be interesting to see whether he is successful in giving relief to Aryan Khan or not.

If reports are to be believed, senior advocate Amit Desai was seen pleading for Aryan Khan's bail hearing on Monday. When Aryan Khan's lawyer Amit Desai referred to the bail plea on Monday, NCB's lawyers requested a week's time to respond and file the affidavit. Desai opposed it saying that it is a question of the freedom of an individual. He argued that the release of the accused on bail would not stop the investigation in the case.

The lawyer said that the NCB may continue the investigation. This is their job. But it is not necessary to keep my client (Aryan) in custody, as nothing has been recovered from him. Desai also claimed that no narcotics were found from Aryan and no other material was found against him. Since his arrest, he has been in the NCB's custody for a week and his statement has been recorded twice. What is the need to keep them in jail now?

Following this, the court said that Aryan Khan's bail plea will be heard on Wednesday. Apart from Aryan Khan, arrested in the case Munmun Dhamecha, Arbaaz Merchant, Nupur Satija, and Mohk Jaiswal have also filed bail pleas. A case has been registered against Aryan Khan under sections 8(c), 20(b), 27, 28, 29, and 35 of the NDPS Act. So far, 20 people have been arrested in the NCB case. Let us tell you that Amit Desai had fought the case of Salman Khan's bail application in 2015. He had challenged the lower court's decision in which Salman was sentenced to 5 years.
