Tea recipe

  • Boil 1 tsp dried passionflower in a cup of water and soak it for 5-10 minutes.
  • It is filtered and taken lukewarm.
  • It can be taken 2-3 times a day and it is best to take it one hour before bedtime.

Eating passion flower externally

  • For rinsing for external remedies such as piles, put 20 grams of the drug in 200 ml of boiling water, filter and use after cooling.
  • Boiled water with passion for sitz bath (for cooling effect) can be used to relieve UTIs, excessive burning of urine, fissures and piles.
