Since brownie is light, it does not cause much trouble to your stomach. You can easily prepare it in your kitchen instead of eating out or ordering it online. The special thing is that the recipe given to us can make very soft brownies without using eggs. It gives a somewhat cake-like feel.

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
half a teaspoon baking soda
100 grams butter
1 bowl sugar
1 bowl condensed milk
150 grams chocolate
1/4 cup buttermilk

Recipe
-First of all, put dry ingredients in a bowl. Like 1 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and half a teaspoon baking soda. Mix these three and keep them aside.

-Put butter in another bowl. There should be no frozen butter in the fridge.

- First set the butter at room temperature. Then put it in a bowl and stir. Add sugar on top and keep beating well until mixed.

- When sugar and butter are mixed well, add 1 bowl of condensed milk to it and blend it well.

- After this add whey i.e. buttermilk to this mixture. After this, melt 150 grams of chocolate and mix it in this mixture.

- After the chocolate melts, mix it well so that there is not a single lump in it.

Now add three spoons of whipped chocolate to the butter mixture we have prepared and stir.

When it is mixed well, add the entire chocolate mixture to the butter solution.

Now you have to mix chocolate and butter very well so that there is not a single lump in it. You can also add vanilla flavor to it.

- After this, add the prepared dry batter of flour and baking powder to the chocolate batter and beat it continuously.

- Now we will bake the brownies. Pour the batter into the oven dish and spread it.

- After this, garnish the walnuts by cutting them into small pieces and putting them in the oven.

Bake at 180 degrees centigrade. Then take it out on a plate and serve.
