How to make Khoya Gulab Jamun
To make Khoya Gulab Jamun, first of all, keep mawa in a vessel and make it soft by mixing it with your hands.
When the mawa is mixed well, add refined flour to it and mix both the ingredients well with your hands.
Now knead it with light hands and prepare it like a dough and leave it covered for half an hour.
To make sugar syrup, put sugar and water in a pan on the other side and heat it on the gas.
When sugar dissolves well in water, add cardamom powder and cook it till the syrup is ready.
When the syrup is ready, take it off the gas to cool down.
Now add cardamom powder and a pinch of saffron to the kneaded flour and mix it well with your hands.
Later prepare small-sized balls from the kneaded flour.
Put ghee or oil in a pan and heat it on the gas.
When the oil becomes hot, add the prepared dough and fry it till it becomes pink.
When the dough is fried well, take it out and put it in the syrup. Later serve it as sweets.
