Ingredients for making Kesar Peda-

-Khoya - 2 cups
-Milk - 1 tbsp
-Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
-Sugar - 1/2 cup
-Saffron - 1/4 tsp

Method to make Kesar Peda-
To make Kesar Peda, first, take khoya in a bowl and crush it well. Now mix saffron threads and 1 tbsp milk in another vessel. Now heat the wok on medium heat, add khoya and cook it while stirring for about 10 minutes. When the mawa is roasted well, then turn off the gas and spread it on a plate.

When the mawa becomes slightly hot after 15-20 minutes, then add cardamom powder, saffron milk, and sugar according to taste, mix all the things well and cover it and keep it in the fridge for half an hour. After the stipulated time, take out the mawa from the fridge and knead it like dough. Now divide the mixture into equal parts and give it the shape of a peda. After this, place one or two saffron threads on each tree and press it lightly. Similarly, prepare all the pedas once again, and cover and keep them in the fridge for 4-5 hours so that the pedas get frozen well. Your Tasty Kesar Peda is ready to serve.
