Tandoori Cabbage Tikka
material-
Cabbage - 1,
Thick curd - 1 cup
Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Chaat masala powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Kasoori Fenugreek - 1 tsp
Besan - 3 tsp
oil - as required
salt - as per taste

Method-
Wash the cabbage buds thoroughly and cook them in steam for four to five minutes. Cooking the cabbage in steam, all the spices are wrapped well inside it. Now take out the steamed cabbage in a big vessel. Add all the other ingredients except oil and mix gently. Now cover it and leave it for half an hour. Heat the required oil in a pan and put the cabbage pieces one by one in it. Fry it for a few minutes on medium flame. Take out the fried cabbage in a bowl. Heat a small piece of coal. When the coal turns red, put it in a steel bowl. Place this bowl in the center of the bowl containing the cabbage. Put a spoonful of ghee in the bowl and cover the bowl for a minute. By doing this the smell of coal will come in the cabbage tikka. Now put it on a serving plate and serve it with green chutney and onion rings.

Potato Nuggets

Potato - 4 Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp, Chili Flakes - 1/2 tsp, Grated Cheese - 3 tsp, Oregano - 1/2 tsp,
salt - as per taste, black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp, chaat masala - 1/2 tsp, finely chopped coriander leaves - 2 tsp, bread crumbs - 1/4 cup,
oil - as required
For the batter: Cornflour - 1/4 cup
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp,
Bread crumbs - 1 cup, salt - 1/4 tsp, water - 1/4 cup

Method-
Boil the potatoes, peel, and grate them. In a bowl add potatoes, cheese, ginger-garlic paste, chili flakes, oregano, black pepper powder, chaat masala, salt, and coriander leaves. Mix all the ingredients well and finally add bread crumbs. The bread crumbs will absorb the excess moisture from the mixture and the nuggets will not break after being dropped in the hot oil. To prepare the batter, mix all the ingredients except the bread crumbs in a bowl. Add one-fourth cup of water to it and beat well, so that there are no lumps left in the solution. Heat oil in a pan. Cut small balls from the potato mixture and give it a thin and long shape. Dip the potato nuggets in the prepared batter and then roll them over the bread crumbs. Now put it in hot oil and fry till golden. Serve the prepared nuggets with favorite chutney.
