Indian Railways has made many rules to make the journey of the passengers convenient.
You get many types of classes to travel on the train like Sleeper, Third AC, Second AC, and First AC, etc. However, the ticket fare is also different according to the class. At the same time, have you ever thought about what is the difference between the first, second, and third AC of the train? If not, then today we are going to tell you about this. Let's know -
Third AC
Third AC and Sleeper class coaches are similar. There is not much difference between these two. The only difference between the two is AC. The sleeper class does not have AC. On the other hand, the berths in AC coaches are based on 3-3-2.
Second AC
The second AC class is quite different from the Third AC. There are many differences between them. The number of seats in Second AC is less than in Third AC. The berths in Second AC are based on 2-2-2.
For this reason, the crowd in the Second AC class is less. There is no middle berth in Second AC. Apart from this, the fare of the Second AC is higher than the Third AC.
First AC
First AC coaches are installed in important long-distance trains. In this, you get berths with two and four seats. In First AC, the fourth is called cabin. Apart from this, the two berths are called crew. The fare of First AC is quite high.
