If you live in Delhi or its surrounding areas, then you must be using your own or public transport to go from one place to another. People have been traveling by metro ever since its arrival. With this, even long-distance journeys can be completed easily and one does not have to face problems like traffic jams, which saves time. But it cannot be denied that even today a large section of people travel by DTC buses only. Good news is going to come soon for such people, according to which DTC bus tickets will be booked through WhatsApp only. So let's know about this. You can learn about this in the next slides...
What is the current situation?
Actually, at present if you have to travel in DTC buses, then there are two ways to do it. First, you have to go to the bus and get a ticket from the conductor present there, and in return, you pay him cash.
Whereas, in the second method, you have to go to the nearest DTC Delhi Transport Corporation booth and get the pass made. However, you can get a one-day pass from the bus conductor only. But to get a pass for more days than this, you have to go to Delhi Transport Corporation.
What is going to change?
On the other hand, now on the lines of Delhi Metro, tickets can be booked in DTC buses also through WhatsApp. Delhi Transport is soon going to start a ticket booking service through WhatsApp in DTC buses.
According to media reports, a number will be issued for this through which DTC bus tickets can be booked through WhatsApp and payment will also be done online.
