Fried snacks are eaten with tea increasing weight. A cup of tea with milk will not affect your weight much. If you replace some fried food with it, take healthy snacks and make tea in this special way. During weight loss, drink tea only once a day. Eat a khakhra, makhana, roasted bhel or roasted gram with it.

- Drink tea without sugar.
- Add natural sweetener stevia or a little jaggery.
- Make skim milk tea without cream.
- Keep the ratio of milk and water equal.
- Add clove-cardamom and ginger to the tea.
- Don't have a fried breakfast with tea.
- Do not drink tea on an empty stomach.
- Do not drink tea with food.
- Drink tea only once a day.
