Here's how to make a delicious bakery cake at home with wheat flour.

Wheat flour - 1 tbsp

Jaggery - 1 cup

Oil - half a cup

Eggs - 2

Salt - a quarter spoon

Baking soda - half a spoon

Milk - half a cup

First add wheat flour, jaggery, oil, egg, salt, baking soda and grind well. Then pour half a cup of milk and beat according to the flour.

Spread ghee or butter on the selected pan for making cakes, add a couple of tablespoons of wheat flour and knead until evenly spread throughout the pan. Then add the beaten mixture and spread.

Spread the kerosene in an idli pan and put the pan in it and bake for 45 minutes on medium heat. Then with a small knife, pierce the cake. If the cake does not stick to the knife, turn off the oven and take it out.
