Bangalore-based Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) is one of the leading space agencies in the world. There are two types of space scientists. Physicists and Astronomers Physicists are those who deal with the theoretical concepts and laboratory equipment of the field.

Astronomers are those who do research in the universe related to galaxies, stars, etc. Students must have done B. Tech or BE in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Radio Engineering, and other related fields.

ISRO Centralized Recruitment Board (ICRB) exam will have to be given on completion of the B.Tech/BE degree. To become a scientist in ISRO, you must be 18+, you can apply till the maximum age of 35. To become a scientist in ISRO one must have BE, B Tech, BSC, or BSC engineering degree. Candidates must have passed with at least 65% marks.
