Ubtan has been used since ancient times to enhance the glow of the skin and to remove other skin-related problems. Now different companies have started coming into the market. But when you can prepare Ubtan at home with the ingredients present in the kitchen, then what is the need to spend money.

Ms.Poonam tells about some special Ubtan, which you can easily make at home and its effect also looks very good on the skin.

Sesame Rub

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon sesame powder
  • 1 tsp wheat flour
  • 1 tsp Desi Ghee

Method to prepare

  • Take sesame powder, wheat flour, and desi ghee in a bowl and mix it well.
  • Now apply this mixture slowly on the face and keep moving the fingers in a circular motion.
  • After doing this, leave the ubtan on the face for 10 minutes.
  • After this, rub the rubbish with light hands and get rid of the rubbish from the face.
  • Use this ubtan only once a week.

Advantages-

  • If there is a problem of inflammation in the skin, then you must use sesame paste as it has anti-inflammatory properties.
  • Sesame seeds are rich in vitamin E, so this homemade ubtan acts as a protective shield for the skin.
  • Those with dry skin get moisturizer from this ubtan.

Precautions

  • If you have sensitive skin, do not use it at all.
  • Avoid using this rubbish even if you have pimples on your skin.

Almond rub

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp almond powder
  • 1 tsp oats
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon rose water

Method to prepare

  • Mix all the above-mentioned ingredients in a bowl and prepare a thick paste.
  • Now apply this mixture on the face and after 15 minutes rub it slowly and remove it.
  • Then you can wash the face with water and apply moisturizer according to your skin type.

Advantages-

  • If there are any spots or marks on the face, then they become lighter with regular use of this ubtan.
  • If you have a problem with sunburn or tanning is happening in the skin, then you must apply this ubtan on the face.

Precautions

If you have oily skin, then use this ubtan only once in 15 days.

Gram flour batter

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp besan
  • 1 tsp curd
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp coffee

Method to prepare

  • Collect all the above-mentioned ingredients in a bowl and prepare the mixture.
  • After this, you apply this mixture to the face while massaging it slowly.
  • After 20 to 25 minutes, you remove it by rubbing it lightly.
  • You can also apply this rubbish daily or apply it twice a week.

Benefit

  • Besan enhances the complexion of your face.
  • You can also use this rubbish to make the skin soft.
  • This ubtan can prove to be good for those with oily skin, as it can remove excess oil.

Precautions

  • If you have acne on your face, then you should not apply this rubbish.
  • Those with dry skin should also not apply this rubbish.

Note- We are not making any such claim that all these three ubtans will bring an instant glow to your skin. But yes, all these ubtans are prepared from natural things, so you can see their good results on the skin. Those with sensitive skin must consult a skin expert before using any ubtan.
