How to reduce the problem of acne?

Have you got acne on your face? To reduce the problem of acne, you can use household items on your face.

If you are troubled by the problem of acne, honey can be used on the face. Anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties are found in honey. Due to acne, redness starts appearing around the face, with the use of honey the skin will not appear red.

  • Clean the face thoroughly.
  • Now apply a thin layer of honey on your skin.
  • Applying honey to acne 2-3 times a week will reduce this problem.

Apple cider vinegar should not be used on acne. This vinegar is harsh on the skin. Due to this, the face may also get burnt.

How to get rid of tanning?

Tanning problem occurs due to excessive exposure to sunlight. Due to tanning, the face looks ugly. You can use tomatoes to get rid of tanning. Lycopene is found in tomatoes and has anti-oxidant properties. Tomatoes also contain beta-carotene, vitamins C and E.

  • Wash the tomatoes and cut them into two pieces.
  • Now apply tomato on the entire face.
  • Wash your face with cold water after about 10-15 minutes.

Do not use lemon on the face to remove tanning. Lemon may irritate the face. Lemon increases photosensitivity. In such a situation, if you go in the sun, your face may darken quickly.

Lemon also increases photosensitivity and makes the skin more likely to darken when exposed to the sun.

What to apply on oily skin?

Multani Mitti and bentonite clay are used on oily skin. Mix rose water in 4 spoons of MultaniMitti. Use this paste on the face and wash the face after 15 minutes.

Gram flour can be used on oily skin, but avoid using gram flour for normal dry and sensitive skin. Gram flour may cause itching on the face.

What to use for body scrub?

Gram flour is good for the skin of the body rather than the face. However, body skin does not need scrub. For soft and smooth skin, you can use gram flour once a week. Walnut scrub should not be used. This scrub is harsh for the skin.

  • It is very important to keep the skin healthy. For this, keep the skin clean. Wash face with cleanser.
  • Do double cleansing. Use serum on the face.
  • Don't forget to use sunscreen, so that there is no tanning on the face.

Note: Home remedies are not the solution to all skin-related problems. These help in temporarily curing skin conditions.
