Holika Puja Method
Before Holika Dahan, take a bath for Holika Mai Puja and take the Puja plate in the afternoon or evening before sunset. After this sit facing east or north direction, first of all, offer a garland made of cow dung cake to Holika. After this offer roli, akshat, fruits, flowers, garland, turmeric, moong, jaggery, gulal, rang, satnaja, wheat earrings, sugarcane and gram etc. After this, tie a kava on Holika, circumambulate it 5 or 7 times and offer water at the end.
After this, pray to Holika Mai for happiness and prosperity.
