Ingredients required to make Paneer Kheer
Full cream milk = 1 liter
Paneer = 100 grams, grated
Sugar = 200 grams
Custard powder = 1 tsp
Almonds = 1 teaspoon, finely chopped
Pistachios = 1 tsp, finely chopped
Chironji = 1 teaspoon
Saffron = a pinch
Paneer Kheer Recipe
To make Paneer Kheer, first, boil the milk in a heavy-bottomed pan.
Till the time the milk boils, mix two spoons of custard powder well in half a cup of milk.
When the milk comes to a boil, add the custard powder solution to it and mix well.
If you do not mix it well then there may be lumps in the milk.
After this, stir the milk well once, then add sugar to it.
After this add grated paneer to the milk and cook while stirring.
When the milk becomes a little thick, then turn off the gas.
Your paneer kheer is ready.
Garnish the kheer with chopped dry fruits and saffron.
