Method
To make thandai, first soak almonds in one bowl and cashews, pistachios, melon seeds, and poppy seeds in another bowl for ten minutes. After keeping all these aside, soak the saffron threads in some milk.
After this, grind cardamom, fennel, black pepper, and rose petals thoroughly and make a fine powder. When all the ingredients are ready, boil milk in a pan. When milk starts boiling, add sugar to it and keep mixing.
Saffron-Pistachio Thandai
After this add saffron milk in it. At the end, add milk and mix everything properly. Now after stirring all the milk thoroughly, turn off the gas and cool the thandai. When it cools down, serve Thandai to your guests on Holi.
