Ingredients needed to make potato papad
½ kilo potatoes
3 tbsp crushed red chili
salt to taste
oil as needed

Method
To make potato papad, first, wash and clean the potatoes thoroughly. Now put them in the cooker and apply two whistles. When the cooker whistles, take out the potatoes from the water and let it cool. After cooling the potatoes, grate them. After grating, mash the potatoes well with the help of a spoon.

Now add chili, and salt and mix well once again. After this, take two small polythene sheets to roll the papad. Apply oil on the inner side of the polythene and place the oiled potato ball on the polyethylene kept in the middle of the papad machine. Now press it well. If you do not have a machine, do this with the help of a wheel.

To dry the papad, take a large transparent polythene and put the papad prepared on it. While rolling papad, keep in mind that the dough should be oiled and should not be dry in polythene. Oil should be applied to it also. After making papad, let it dry for three to four hours. After this, after drying the papad from one side, turn it over and then let it dry from the other side.

After drying properly, these papads do not spoil for a whole year. Now you can comfortably store these papads for a whole year. You can eat them anytime by roasting or frying them.
