Nelong Valley
Nelong Valley in Uttarkashi, Uttarakhand boasts of immense beauty as well as immense possibilities of adventure tourism and a whole heritage within itself. The altitude of the valley is 11,000 feet above sea level, due to which snow can be seen here throughout the year. You can go here with your family.
You are going to find a lot of peace here. It takes six hours to reach Dehradun via bus from Delhi and then, you can board local buses to reach Bhairav Valley. Beyond this, you have to go by cab. You can go to Bhairav Ghati by cab. Beyond this, only registered providers and vehicles of the Forest Department are allowed up to Nelong.
Kakdighat
Kakdighat is famous for Neem Karoli Baba Ashram. This summer you can also go here with your whole family. It is so famous that even Swami Vivekananda once came here for meditation. Getting to Kakdighat is quite easy. It is situated on the banks of the Kosi River.
Lohaghat
Lohaghat is also a very beautiful place? If you have not been to Lohaghat, then you must visit this place. Lohaghat is located in the Champawat district of Uttarakhand, named after the Lohawati River? It is known for the many temples that are spread across this hill town. You will not find much crowd here either. You can also come here in your car.
