According to dietician Ayushi, daily consumption of cinnamon can prove to be very effective in reducing high cholesterol. For this, fir, st take pieces of this spice and then grind it well in a mixer grinder and store it in a glass box. After waking up in the morning, consume a pinch of cinnamon powder. Its benefits will start appearing in a few days. However, keep in mind that do not consume too much of this spice because its effect is hot, which can cause many types of harm to the body.

Eat flax seeds
Although flax seeds are known to solve many problems, but definitely use them to reduce high cholesterol. For this, take the seeds and grind them in a good mixer grinder, and then mix one spoon of flaxseed powder in lukewarm water and drink it daily. This will not only reduce bad cholesterol, but the amount of bad cholesterol will also increase.
