2. Mint leaves – 15

3. Coriander seeds – 2 tbsp

4. Fennel seeds – 1 tbsp

5. Water – 1 glass

* Easy recipe to make herbal tea:

1. To make herbal tea, first of all, take a saucepan and heat it in water.

2. After this add curry leaves and mint leaves.

3. Now add fennel and coriander seeds to it.

4. After this boil this mixture for 5 minutes.

5. When the mixture boils, remove it from the flame. Now filter this tea into a cup.

6. Now you can have this tea first thing in the morning.
