Thyroid Health Boosting Soup
Ingredients required
- Carrot - 1
- Washed and soaked lentils - 2 tbsp
- Ghee - 1 tsp
- Salt and pepper - 1 pinch
Method to prepare
- Put ghee and chopped pieces of carrot in a vessel.
- Fry it for a minute.
- Add salt and chilli to it.
- Add lentils and water to it.
- Let it come to a boil.
- Pressure cooks it for about 10 minutes.
- When the soup is ready, blend it.
- Take out the hot soup in a bowl.
- Add pumpkin and sunflower seeds on top.
- Thyroid health-boosting soup is ready.
