If you want to drink something hot after returning from the office, then you can try the lemon soup, which is healthy in every way. Here is its quick and easy recipe.
Material :
1.5 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp ginger finely chopped, 1 tsp garlic finely chopped, 1/2 cup onion finely chopped, 2 tbsp coriander stalks finely chopped, 1/4 cup beans finely chopped, 1/4 cup carrot finely chopped, 1/2 cup onion finely chopped 4 cups finely chopped cabbage, salt to taste, 2 glasses water, 1/2 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp cornflour+ 3 tsp water, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp fresh coriander finely chopped
Method :
- Heat oil in a pan. After lightly frying ginger, garlic, and onions, add coriander leaves, beans, carrots, and cabbage.
After stirring for two seconds, add salt and stir again for half a minute.
Now add two glasses of water and black pepper powder and boil it. After about 5 minutes, make a batter by mixing cornflour and water in a bowl and mix it in the soup.
Serve hot by mixing lemon juice and fresh coriander.
