Everyone likes the taste of kebabs available in the market. But often many people refrain from eating outside. In such a situation, if you are also missing the taste of kebabs in the market, then you can make tasty and healthy kebabs at home.

Material :
250 grams curd
50 g paneer
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
a little coriander
1 cup milk powder
4-5 green chilies
salt to taste
1 teaspoon chili flakes
two spoons of corn flour
8-10 bread crumbs
oil for frying

Method :
First of all, place a clean cotton cloth over a sieve.
Now add curd to it and bring the edges of the cloth together and squeeze the cloth to remove excess whey from the curd.
Now put some heavy stuff on this cloth. Hung curd is ready.
After this mash, the paneer and put it in a mixing bowl along with the hung curd.
Now add all the remaining ingredients and mix well to make a nonsticky dough.
After this make a ball of equal size from the dough and flatten it.
Now roll it again in flour and dust it lightly to remove excess flour.
After this, keep the oil on the gas for heating and then fry all the kebabs till they become golden and crisp.
finally, serve the crispy dahi kebabs hot with mint chutney.
