1 cup grated cheese
2 potatoes boiled grated
1/2 cup mawa
50 grams flour
2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp red chili
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin
2 tbsp green coriander chopped
3 tbsp mustard oil
2 tbsp raisins
Salt to taste

For gravy
1 cup tomato puree
1/2 cup curd
100 g milk
2 onions chopped
4 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp coriander powder
1.5 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp turmeric
2 bay leaves
10 cloves
2 tsp cumin
2 pieces cinnamon
6 green cardamom
2 big cardamom
1/2 tsp sugar
3 tbsp refined oil

How to make Paneer Kofta? (How To Make Paneer Kofta)
To make Paneer Kofta, first, boil and peel the potatoes.
After this, grate them and put them in a big mixing bowl.
Then add grated paneer and mawa to it and mix well.
After this, add cumin, coriander, raisins, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste, and salt as per taste.
Then you cook all these things well.
After this, add green coriander leaves and mustard oil and knead the mixture well.
Then you put oil in a pan and heat it for frying.
After this, make koftas of the prepared paste and deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Then put some refined oil in a separate pan and heat it.
After this, add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, and all the other dry whole spices and fry for 1 minute.
Then add onion, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt and fry it.
After this, add tomato puree and milk to it and cook it well.
Then add curd and sugar to it and mix well.
After this, cover the gravy and cook on low flame for about 15 minutes.
Then put fried koftas in the gravy and cook for about 5 minutes and turn off the gas.
