The American classic breakfast dish pancakes have become quite popular in Indian households as well. From Banana Pancake to Chocolate and Vanilla, you must have tried a variety of flavors by now. But today we will tell you how to make fluffy and delicious Paneer Pancakes. These paneer pancakes can be served with honey, maple syrup, butter, or Nutella.

Material :
-250 grams grated paneer (homemade cottage cheese)

-2 whole eggs

-3 tbsp sugar

-1/2 tsp baking powder

-1/2 cup wheat flour, a pinch of salt

-3 tbsp milk

-2 tbsp butter (salted)

Method :
1. In a clean and dry bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy.

2. Add sugar and beat till it mixes well. Add grated cheese, baking powder, flour, and salt to the beaten egg mixture. Add milk and whisk to mix well. until a thick pancake batter is ready.

3. Heat a pan on low flame. Melt some butter and pour the batter on the pan with the help of a big ladle. The batter will spread automatically.

4. When bubbles start appearing from the top, flip it over and cook the paneer pancake from the other side as well.

5. Once done, proceed in the same way with the remaining batter and transfer the paneer pancakes to a serving plate.

6. Serve cheese pancakes with fruit and honey or maple syrup as a protein snack.
