Ingredients:

  • a cauliflower or broccoli
  • two finely chopped green chilies
  • half a teaspoon of finely chopped ginger
  • one teaspoon of olive oil
  • 3-4 curry leaves
  • half a teaspoon of mustard seeds
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • Salt
  • Chaat masala

Method :

  • First of all, grind the cabbage or broccoli coarsely in the mixer.
  • Now add curry leaves and mustard seeds in a pan and roast it.
  • After this add all the finely chopped vegetables and cook it well.
  • Now put ground cabbage or broccoli in it and cook on low flame.
  • Later add chili powder, chaat masala, and salt to it and mix well.
  • Now add roasted peanuts and finely chopped coriander.
  • Steaming hot keto upma is ready. Serve it with chutney or curd.
