Ingredients:
- a cauliflower or broccoli
- two finely chopped green chilies
- half a teaspoon of finely chopped ginger
- one teaspoon of olive oil
- 3-4 curry leaves
- half a teaspoon of mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- Salt
- Chaat masala
Method :
- First of all, grind the cabbage or broccoli coarsely in the mixer.
- Now add curry leaves and mustard seeds in a pan and roast it.
- After this add all the finely chopped vegetables and cook it well.
- Now put ground cabbage or broccoli in it and cook on low flame.
- Later add chili powder, chaat masala, and salt to it and mix well.
- Now add roasted peanuts and finely chopped coriander.
- Steaming hot keto upma is ready. Serve it with chutney or curd.
