Do this after every 30 minutes

Stand for at least 3 minutes after sitting for 30 minutes. During this, put your weight equally on both your feet. You do not have to stand with the support of anything nearby.

Use stairs instead of the lift

At home or the office, everyone is lazy to climb stairs and this is the reason why most people leave the stairs and use the lift. But it is a good way to maintain physical activity. Be it home or office; use the stairs instead of the lift. Climb up and down at least 4 floors daily.

Park the car a little further away

While going anywhere, park the car a little further away. Even if you park your car at least 500 meters away, then you will have to cover the distance of 500 meters on foot. Even if it seems like a small change to you, it is also enough.

Do this once a week

For many of our daily tasks, we depend on house help or machines. For example, washing machines for washing clothes, and house help is used to clean the house. This is not wrong either. In a busy life, we cannot do everything by ourselves. But at least one day a week you should do these things yourself. Do any one of these things every week like cleaning the house, washing clothes, washing utensils, sweeping and mopping. This will increase your physical activity. Also go once a week to a neighbour's house, to drop your child off at school, to a friend's house, or the park.

Do this work after dinner

After a tiring day, when we have dinner, we go straight to bed. This is completely wrong in terms of staying fit. Walk at least 100 steps after dinner. Food will also be digested by this and you will also remain active.
