There are a few things you need to do in the morning to ensure that your mind, body and spirit are happy from the moment you start your day. Adopting a few morning habits every day can change your life in almost every way you can think of.

Meditate, chant or pray

Do take out at least 20 minutes to connect with yourself. During this time you meditate, chant or pray. All of these things help create a calm space inside your mind and give you the clarity you need to function for the rest of the day.

Nothing prepares you mentally for a busy day more than prayer and meditation. Prayer helps to keep your mind in a state of gratitude and meditation helps to completely relax your mind and body which helps in reducing your stress and anxiety levels.

Find a quiet place where you can be alone with your thoughts. Then start taking deep breaths and relax your muscles. Don't let your mind focus on anything other than reaching a perfect state of peace.

Express gratitude

Gratitude is one of the most powerful emotions we can experience. The expert says, "It feels the vibration of the high frequency of 540 MHz, whose frequency is like love."

The power of gratitude is very strong. Being grateful for what you have is the key to keeping your mind healthy. Remember to charge yourself with positivity. Gratitude is the most powerful of all positive emotions because it forces you to shift your focus to your blessings.

Do the exercise

When you move your body for exercise, you create health. The parts of the body that you do not move attract disease. If you haven't exercised your stomach, you may attract stomach ailments.

If you have not strengthened your lower back and have poor posture, it can further attract lower back problems. When you don't exercise your muscles, you lose them.

So, before you throw away the sheets and jump out of bed, try some easy stretches to relax your muscles and get the blood pumping. Exercise according to the capacity of your body. But keep in mind that doing excessive workouts is also injurious to health.
