Look at five things around you..anything you can see from a leaf to a painting.
Now you have to touch four things around you. It can be anything like a wall, chair, or clothes.
Listen to three things, and focus your attention on 3 voices, which you can hear around you. The chirping of a bird or the sound of someone's breath or the sound of someone talking.
Smell two things. You can either smell a cup of tea or your own perfume.
Now last of all, you have to taste one thing. It can be anything from biscuits to ice cream.
