Dhanurasana
Dhanurasana is also known as 'Bow pose'. Regular practice of this yoga asana helps in reducing back fat. Along with this, it helps in increasing blood circulation in the body. Dhanurasana also proves very beneficial in problems related to the stomach. To do Dhanurasana, first lie down on your stomach. Join both your legs and bend them at the knees. After this, by taking your hands behind, try to hold the ankles. Then raise both legs and arms as high as possible. While doing this, stretch both your legs and stay in this position for some time. While exhaling comes back to the starting position. Do this yogasana at least 5 times.

Coronation
Sit on the ground. Knees, hips and both hands should be slightly ahead of the shoulder line. Then put your weight on the right and lift the left leg and move it backwards, as well as straighten the left leg from behind. Now balance your weight on both feet by bending the left knee. After this, you come on the left knee and right paw. Then take a deep breath and move the straight arm up, bend the elbow and hold the left leg while exhaling. Then hold the leg with the left hand in the same way and try to lift the chest and bend the neck backwards. Breathing normally in this posture, stop for 15-20 seconds and then become normal while exhaling.

Chakrasana
Chakrasana is also known as 'Wheel Pose'. While doing this asana, the shape of the body becomes like a wheel. This asana is very beneficial for reducing back fat. Regular practice of this asana also helps in reducing belly fat. This asana strengthens the muscles of the hands, legs and back. To do Chakrasana, lie down on your back. Now bend your legs at the knees. With your palms facing up, bend your arms at the elbows. Rest your palms on the floor. Now lift the waist, abdomen and chest upwards. Distributing your weight evenly, pull the body up. Stay in this pose for a few seconds.
