Avoid Eating Milk And Curd In Monsoon: Monsoon has knocked all over India, due to which people have got relief from the scorching heat and humidity, if you want this relief not to become a disaster, then for this, you have to follow the daily diet. Necessary changes have to be made. Which also includes dairy products. Usually we consider milk and curd in a healthy diet, but it can have a bad effect during the rainy season.
Why should you eat less milk and curd during the rainy season?
Ayushi Yadav, a famous dietician working at GIMS Hospital in Greater Noida, told us why we should limit the consumption of milk and curd during the rainy season.
1. Caused by germs
The greenery increases in the rainy season and along with the green grass, many such weeds start growing in which insects also thrive. Cow, buffalo, and goats eat them as fodder. The result of this is that the germs reach the stomach of milk-giving animals through straw, and then when they give milk, our bodies can be harmed by its consumption. We should wait for the monsoon to pass and keep a distance from milk products.
2. Digestion problem
People's digestion is often not good during the rainy season, in such a situation, if you consume more fatty milk, there may be problems in digestion and complaints of abdominal pain, gas, diarrhea, and vomiting are also possible. That's why there is some abstinence in monsoon.
4. Risk of cold and flu
In the hot summer, we are advised to eat more and more curd because it keeps the stomach cool and does not cause any digestive problems, but in the rainy season, the weather becomes cold and if we eat more cold things in such a way, then we will get cold. It is bound to be prone to colds.
