5 Walking Mistakes: In today's fast-paced life, people have work to do at every turn. But this work is not done physically but is done while sitting. Therefore, after drinking water, take rest for 20 to 25 minutes and then go for a walk. However, it is important to drink water when you feel thirsty. Drink water even when the walk is over.
4. Wrong posture- If you walk in wrong posture then it will cause huge harm. For example, if you walk with your neck bent, the pain will increase in the entire body including shoulders. If you walk while messaging, watching or talking on a mobile phone, it will also cause great harm. Therefore, walk properly by standing straight. You will get more benefit from this.
5. Rest and sleep- Some people walk the whole week but this will make the body tired and it can also cause harm the next day. Therefore it is important to give rest to the body for a day.
