1. Effect on digestion

Cucumber contains Cucurbitacin which can be digested only when your digestion is very strong otherwise problems related to digestion will arise. Eating cucumber at night makes the stomach heavy, then you may complain of constipation, indigestion, or bloating. That's why eat cucumbers during the day

2. Effect on sleep

If you eat cucumber at night then it will be difficult to get restful sleep because due to heavy stomach, you will have difficulty in lying down and turning, besides this, if digestion is bad then it will be fine due to gas. Will not be able to sleep. Since cucumber has high water content, you will need to pass urine at night, due to which sleep will be disturbed.

Eat cucumber during day time

Most health experts recommend eating cucumber during day time only because it has many health benefits associated with it.
