Wear spectacles-

Many times the particles present in the dust and air cause infection in the eyes. Because of this the eyes remain red. Even if your light is fine, wear glasses without vision for some time.

Increase water intake-

If the eyes are turning red due to dryness then you should increase the water intake. This is because it increases the moisture in the body and ends the dryness of the skin.
