But not all warts appearing at these places are the cause of cancer. If the wart goes away in a few days or gets eliminated with simple medicine or cream, then it is not cancer.

If the wart does not go away easily on these parts then it can be cancer. In such a situation, you should immediately contact a doctor. Most warts do not cause pain, so do not ignore it but take it seriously and contact a doctor.
