Essential ingredients for making Sattu's salty syrup-
2 tbsp sattu
1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
1 green chili chopped
1 tbsp mint leaves chopped
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
1 pinch asafoetida
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp black salt
3- 4 ice cubes
Salt to taste
Water as required
How to make a salty syrup of Sattu?
To make Sattu's salty syrup, first of all, take mint leaves.
Along with this, take green coriander leaves and green chilies and wash them and chop them finely.
Then take a deep bottom vessel and put sattu in it.
After this add roasted cumin powder, asafoetida, and dry ginger powder to the sattu and mix.
Then add black salt, plain salt as per taste, green coriander, mint leaves, and chopped green chilies.
After this, add water as required and mix it well.
Then add lemon juice to it and keep it in the fridge to cool down.
Now your healthy and tasty sattu namkeen syrup is ready.
Then pour it into a serving glass and serve garnished with coriander leaves.
