But our lifestyle has become such that we eat a lot of processed foods. Processed foods include cakes, ready made cereals, ham, salami, etc. Therefore, try to at least include these in your diet.

Due to our busy lifestyle, we often do not pay attention to our mental health. Due to which there may be problems of stress and anxiety. Stress has a bad effect on our digestion. Due to stress and anxiety, problems like nausea, stomach ache, acidity can occur. Therefore try to manage stress . Yoga, meditation, journaling etc. can be helpful in reducing stress.

Fiber is very important for the process of digestion and absorption of food. Due to fiber, food is able to move easily in our intestines and due to this, the risk of digestive problems like constipation etc. is reduced. Therefore, include fiber-rich foods in your diet. Fiber is found in large quantities in whole grains, pulses, nuts, seeds etc.

Do not let there be shortage of water

Your gut health can be affected due to lack of water in the body. Water reduces problems like constipation. Besides, it is also beneficial in digesting food. Therefore drink at least 8 glasses of water every day. Many other problems can occur due to lack of water in the body.
