1. Jaggery and Ginger

2. Honey and ginger

3. Lemon and onion juice:

When phlegm accumulates too much in the chest, you can mix lemon and onion juice and drink it. For this, peel and grind the onion well and then squeeze lemon juice in it and then drink it.

4. Honey and black pepper

Anti-bacterial properties are found in black pepper, which gives strength to fight against infectious diseases, that is why this spice is very effective in cold and cough and cold and flu. For this, take black pepper powder and mix it with honey to remove its pungency and heat it. Consuming this will give relief.
